Baiba Jatniece

Baiba has over 8 years of advisory experience both in management consulting firms and within the industry. Prior to joining TRC in 2017 Baiba was a director of business development at Coveris, a global packaging manufacturer. Her responsibilities included leading strategy development and implementation process, as well as driving business unit collaboration initiatives. Consulting experience at TRC, Marakon and IBM has allowed Baiba to work with diverse industries and clients across US and Europe, covering various issues such as value diagnostics, strategic planning, organic growth and M&A.

In her free time, Baiba will be spending time with her husband and three sons – preferably somewhere outside enjoying the nature. Yet in occasional spare time Baiba will be playing badminton to remember her glorious days of Latvian national badminton team.

Baiba received a MSc in Business Administration from Rotterdam School of Management and BSc in Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga.
