Aiga Parupa

Aiga has over 7 years of advisory and project management experience. Prior joining TRC in 2023, she was a Strategy & Operations Manager at KPMG Baltics in Latvia. In this role, her responsibilities included leading advisory projects in strategy, process optimization and corporate governance. In addition, Aiga was an Operations team lead, where she managed the team resources, was responsible for team business development and worked on introducing new consulting areas such as business continuity planning and customer experience advisory. She has worked with diverse range of clients, including companies preparing for an IPO in Europe and the US.

Prior her career at KPMG Aiga has lived and worked in Finland, the UK, and Switzerland, thus always appreciates a global perspective to everything she does. In her free time, she enjoys road cycling, playing the piano, and spending time with her three daughters. Aiga holds a B.Sc. in Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga.
