Roberta Gentile

Roberta joined TRC in September 2023 bringing two-decades of experience from multiple Fortune 100 CPG companies and private equity. Roberta has worked in several roles within revenue growth management, business strategy, organizational development, strategic sales leadership, distribution planning, and post-merger integration. Roberta’s work has led to the growth and channel expansion of many billion-dollar brands in the consumer market and the launch of many household brands in the U.S.

Roberta lives in Austin, TX with her family and enjoys watching baseball, riding horses, and reading.

Roberta graduated from Saint Edward’s University in Austin, TX with a B.S. in Business Administration and holds a Certified Professional Strategic Adviser certificate from the Category Management Association.
