Cyrus Patel

Cyrus has over 15 years of experience as a management consultant and business executive including consulting experience at PwC Consulting, Marakon Associates and Galt & Co before joining TRC Advisory as a Director. He has significant strategy, pricing and commercial effectiveness experience in industries such as consumer products, food products, packaging, manufacturing, distribution, healthcare, and education and has worked extensively in North America, Europe and Asia. Cyrus also has operating experience with PE companies. He was hired by Sterling Partners as the VP of Strategy & Business Planning for their largest portfolio company at the time, Meritas. Cyrus worked directly with the CEO to turnaround the business from declining EBITDA to over 20% annual growth over his three years in the business. Cyrus serves on the Board of two education companies, a personal passion of his, and founded a group purchasing organization for schools and small businesses in 2013.

When away from work, Cyrus can be found spending time with his wife and toddler and likes talking to people about the virtues of Buffalo, the Bills, Wegmans, LOST, Arrested Development and Starwood Properties.

Cyrus has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management of Northwestern University and a B.A. from Cornell University.
